For Starters Here's Member Criteria

Early-Careerist

Early-Careerists are individuals with at least a bachelor's degrees who have interest in applying a new body of knowledge and skill-building beyond intern, extern, and entry-level positions within or outside of chosen career path.
  1. Typically 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Will typically engage with a mentor and learn how to align work with that of employing company or community group's mission, values, and objectives and to develop leadership and business acumen.
  3. Member Network will be the incubator to test ideas, gain knowledge and experiment with disruptive innovation dialogues and concepts.
  4. Members will create and share work samples for learning and feedback while resourcing projects.
  5. Agrees to participate in other Member Network career-building and brand-building activities in support of Member Network.

Career Professionals

Career Professionals are individuals with at least a bachelor's degrees, but typically a master's degree who have interest in deepening and expanding knowledge and skill-building beyond their companies and industry and professional associations.
  1. Typically 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  2. These individuals are seeking new forums in which to explore and perhaps hone new career-expanding interests and perhaps entrepreneurial endeavors within or outside of primary career path.
  3. Interested in mentoring others to increase talent development credentials and reach.
  4. Interested in personal executive coaching opportunities. 
  5. Will typically engage with a mentor and learn how to align own work with that of employing company or community group mission, values, and objectives.
  6. Member Network will serve as a incubator to test ideas, experience and experiment with disruptive innovation dialogues and concepts, create and share work samples for learning and feedback.
  7. Participates in other Member Network career-building and brand-building activities.
Member Company
As a Company seeking to join Member Network, company will have no rights to Member Network or Executive Talent Management Consulting.

When joining Member Network added visibility for company's employment brand exists. The purpose of joining Member Network is to list select career postings to Career Opportunities at no additional cost. Annual membership fee provides unlimited postings of eligble career opportunities. 

Company may recruit Member Network. A discounted search/placement fee will be earned by Executive Talent Management Consulting. Company status changes to Client Company.

Member Recruiter
As an independent contract sourcer, recruiter, or Company Recruiter seeking to join Member Network, individual and or company will have no rights to Member Network or Executive Talent Management Consulting.

When joining Member Network you create added visibility for your company's employment brand, the sole purpose of joining Member Network.

Role is helping Member's to understand company career opportunities and how be to successful candidates. Select career postings are added to Career Opportunities at no added cost to Company. Annual fee provides listing of unlimited number of eligible career opportunities.

Company may recruit Member Network. A discounted search/placement fee will be earned by Executive Talent Management Consulting. Status changes to Client Company. 

Independent Practitioners

Independent Practitioners are individuals with a master's degree; may possess or pursuing a doctorate degree; and are at varying levels in established careers. 
  1. Typically 10 or more years of relevant work experience in director and above leadership roles; may be an individual contributor with 10 or more years of senior level roles and appropriately credentialed. 
  2. These individuals are life-long learners who continuously deepen and expand their knowledge and skills beyond current companies, industry, and professional associations.
  3. Typically employed practicing operations and executive leaders working in diverse industries, perhaps niche markets and having distinct roles and commonly recognized for their substantial technical and specific expertise in field of study and industry.
  4. In career transition due to merger and acquisition or change in leadership control.
  5. Possess an active and ongoing interest in independent contractor opportunities long-term for career expansion or redirection and sustaining and enhancing brand.

Affiliated Partner

Picture
Affiliated Partner is typically a boutique business owner that is invited to do business with Executive Talent Management Consulting as a synergistic business partner.
  1. Executive Talent Management Consulting and Affiliated Partners share search requests and candidates to benefit Client Company.
  2. Affiliated Partners may provide other career management, business, or HR services. 
  3. For individual members organized as a sole proprietor, LLC, or DBA,  Affiliated Partners status provides added business visibility.  
  4. Have entered into Affiliated Partners agreement with Executive Talent Management Consulting but are not ownership partners. 
  5. Each firm shares search/placement or finders fees when candidates are recruited and placed (hired) in listed career opportunities.
  6. Both firms may engage directly with candidate to ensure career and placement success. 

Client Company
As a Client Company seeking to join Member Network, company will have no rights to Member Network or Executive Talent Management Consulting.

When joining Member Network added visibility for company's employment brand exists. In joining Member Network listing select career postings to Career Opportunities at no additional cost to Client Company exists. Annual fee provides unlimited number of eligible career opportunities.

Client Company may recruit Member Network. A discounted search/placement fee will be earned by Executive Talent Management Consulting.
