You'll receive the personalized behind-the-scenes leadership guidance that your leader may not be equipped for or is often too busy to provide in the most beneficial manner essential to successfully propel a compelling leadership career and organizational outcomes.
Rate is a Monthly Retainer for personal leadership development. A service agreement is for a six-month, nine, or 12-month commitment with equal monthly payments and renewal availability for comparable periods or month-to-month. Service is delivered in one-hour bi-weekly recurring scheduled sessions. Executive coaching packages are also available. - Services are delivered by phone, video conference, email, or text messages.
- Specific topics of interest would be discussed arising from structured Hogan leadership assessment, client-driven topics, and individual or company-aligned development planning.
- Specific topics are recommended and delivered as instructional curriculum in 1:1 or invitation to small group interactive webinars.
- Lite research would be conducted if needed, any time spent conducting research is billable, and each research event would count towards monthly utilization.
- Monthly fees, plus fees & taxes, are due on the 1st of each month and no later than the 3rd of the month if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday. $25 late payment fee. 1st and 2nd-month fees are payable with the execution of the agreement.
- Hours do not carry over from month to month.
- Service fees for a total time exceeding four service hours in a month are charged at $90.00/hr.
- Rates applicable to executed six-month (6) service agreements and adherence to the payment schedule.
