Thoughtful time is allotted all purchases to ensure quality and an exceptional customer experience. The extra service scheduling request enables customers who have not been able to conclude their service delivery in the allocated time period to acquire additional time in the production schedule and service delivery process. The unit of time purchased is reallocated to be delivered and services completed in the immediate seven 7 to 10 day period depending on status of project when extra time is purchased. The actual period of extra time is confirmed at time of purchase acknowledgement is emailed to customer.
