A monthly-fee based program provides accessible customized coaching and leadership development whether you are a first-time, front-line, or new leader looking to develop and grow leadership effectiveness.


Learn how to bring more value to your team, meet and exceed in the opportunity, align with your bosses, know what your peers and senior leaders are looking for, and how to build team engagement.


Gain new or increased technical competencies in operations and strategic goals.


Also ideal for a new post-graduate or early-career middle manager looking to move quickly into a robust leadership career will benefit from this service. This coaching and behind-the-scenes leadership guidance will jump-start a propelling and compelling leadership career.


Monthly retainer mentoring services. The service agreement commitment is for a six months minimum commitment in one-hour bi-weekly recurring scheduled sessions. Key contributors, Front-line and middle management/leaders (not a director or executive). Directors/Executive coaching packages are also available. Call to discuss customized coaching and pricing.

 
  • Services are delivered by phone, video conference (Team or Zoom), email, or text messages.
  • Specific topics of interest would be discussed at the client's initiation.
  • Lite research would be conducted if needed, any time spent conducting research is billable, and each research event would count towards monthly hours utilization.
  • Monthly fees, plus fees & taxes, are due on the 1st of each month and no later than the 3rd if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday. 1st-month fee payable with the execution of the agreement. $25 late payment fee.
  • Hours do not carry over from month to month.
  • Service fees for a total time exceeding four service hours in a month are charged at $90.00/hr.
  • Rates applicable to executed minimum six-month (6) service agreement and adherence to the payment schedule.
