Monthly retainer coaching, development and mentoring services. Key contributors, Front-line and middle management/leaders (not a director or executive). The service agreement commitment is for three to six months minimum commitment in 45-minute, weekly or one-hour bi-weekly recurring scheduled sessions.
- Services are delivered via phone, video conference (Team or Zoom), email, or text.
- Specific engagement goal established and session goals discerned at each session; topics and needs would be discussed at the client's initiation.
- Rates applicable to executed minimum three to six-months (6) service agreement and adherence to the payment schedule.
