Develop executive presence, gain insights into what you don't know that you don't know (deepen awareness), and learn how to create aligned teams and business strategies to drive company goals. Learn to navigate rapidly changing, metrics-driven, transformative environments and negotiate sensitive situations and challenging cultures.



Gain new or increased technical competencies in developing and leading projects, operations, and strategic imperatives.



Monthly retainer coaching, development and mentoring services. Key contributors, Front-line and middle management/leaders (not a director or executive). The service agreement commitment is for three to six months minimum commitment in 45-minute, weekly or one-hour bi-weekly recurring scheduled sessions.



  • Services are delivered via phone, video conference (Team or Zoom), email, or text.
  • Specific engagement goal established and session goals discerned at each session; topics and needs would be discussed at the client's initiation.
  • Rates applicable to executed minimum three to six-months (6) service agreement and adherence to the payment schedule.
